Breakfast (10:00am): 3 fried eggs
3 pieces of brown toast w/margarine
3 pieces of bacon
hashbrowns w/ ketchup
2 cups of orange juice
Lunch (2:30pm): 2 ham & cheese sandwiches with lettuce, mayo & mustard
mango slices
Dinner (7:00pm): 3 squares lasagna with meat sauce, cottage cheese
3 pieces garlic bread
2 cups 2% milk
Snack (11:00pm): 1 grapefruit, sectioned
some red grapes
Today was daylight savings time change. We set our clocks an hour ahead.
Breakfast was really good. My wife made the hashbrowns fresh (not frozen).
We took the kids to the park today and played in the playground. Then home
to listen to the Canucks get slaughtered on pay-per-view. (6-2 vs Anaheim.)
I started gathering pictures today for a family web site I want to put up.
Hopefully that will be up soon.
